At Therapy Shoes, we want you to love your new footwear, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag or secondary shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor your return as it makes its way back to us.
